Returns Policy:
All items that are deemed to be faulty on receipt must
be reported to Fleurpost.Com within 4 hours of receipt.
You can contact us by eMail at
support@fleurpost.com by giving us full details
of your complaint/faulty items. Please include in your
Email the time you received your consignment, the discrepancy
and when would be the best time for us to replace the
item.
If this procedure is carried out in full the item will
be replaced at no extra cost, to you.
The faulty item will be collected from you at the same
time that we deliver the replacement item.
No claim for faulty goods will be entertained if the
above procedures are not carried out in full.
